US Domestic Shipping:
5–7 business days via USPS Priority Mail / UPS Ground
International Shipping:
7–14 business days via DHL / FedEx
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email — you can check real-time updates on our “Track My Package” page.

For orders within the US:
Free shipping on orders over $45;
Standard shipping cost: $6.99
2.4 Delivery & Damage Exceptions
We carefully pack all home decor items to prevent damage during transit.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including customs detention, weather conditions, carrier errors, or incorrect shipping information provided by you.
If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first — we will assist you with claims if necessary.
For lost orders (not delivered within 30 days of shipment) or items damaged in transit due to carrier fault, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
