Tracking your Cometnap home decor order is simple—follow these steps to stay updated on your package’s journey:
Step 1: Find Your Tracking Number
After your order ships (processing time: 1–3 business days for standard items; 3–5 business days for large/fragile/handmade pieces), you’ll receive an email with the subject "Your Cometnap Order Has Shipped". This email includes a unique tracking link and details about your delivery carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx).
If you don’t see the email within 24 hours of your order shipping, check your spam/junk mail folder—sometimes tracking emails get filtered! You can also find the tracking number by logging into your Cometnap account and navigating to "Order History."
Step 2: Check Your Package Status
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to populate in the carrier’s system (this is normal!). Here are common statuses to reference:
- "In Transit": Your home decor is on its way to you—carriers will update the route as it moves.
- "Out for Delivery": Your package is scheduled to arrive today—keep an eye out for it!
- "Customs Cleared" (international orders): Your package has passed through customs and is continuing its journey.
- "Delivered": Your order has been dropped off at your shipping address (check porches, mailrooms, or safe delivery spots if you don’t see it right away).
Need Help with Tracking?
- If tracking hasn’t updated after 10 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), please email support@cometnap.com with your order number and tracking number. We’ll reach out to the carrier to investigate.
- For fragile or large home decor items: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package, contact the carrier first to confirm delivery details—we’ll assist with claims if needed.
